Our Location
Mill Cottage is in Mill Road, walking distance to Loxton township and the Murray River, in a quiet no through road.
Travelling from Loxton towards Berri, on your right approximately 200 metres past the Loxton Oval, you will see a large white sign near the edge of the highway. This indicates the turn off to Mill Road.
Travelling from Berri into Loxton, on your left you will pass Loxton High School, Mitre 10 and then the Caltex Service Station. You will then notice a large white sign near the edge of the highway to your left. This indicates the turn off to Mill Road.
Loxton is only 15 minutes drive from Berri and, from there, not far to Renmark and Barmera. You'll find plenty of tourist information in the compendium in the cottage.

Terms and Conditions
Mill Cottage tariff is calculated on a per bedroom used basis (although guests have exclusive use of the rest of the property during their stay). For instance a booking for two persons, unless advised otherwise, is taken as requiring the use of one bedroom. If the booking is for two persons requiring a room each, then a single supplement applies to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs. Sorry no pets, no smoking indoors.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking (or otherwise by arrangement). Cancellation 30 days or more, full refund. 30 to 14 days before 50% refund, 14 days or less – nil refund. The extra person tariff is $35 per person, per night. There are rules regarding the entertainment of non guests at the property. To avoid disappointment please ask before making arrangements.
