A note from Wendy and Garry Mudge, Mill Cottage Proprietors

Our aim has been to create a relaxed, comfortable and charming country home environment for our visitors. Mill Cottage is rated four and a half stars by AAA Tourism which indicates that it is at the top end of the market, so guests can be assured of high standard accommodation and facilities.

Guests are constantly surprised by the size of the house and tell us they expected a much smaller property (probably due to the 'cottage' in the name). Our guests have exclusive use of the property during their stay. Our check-in and check-out times can be quite flexible and very much appreciated for those lovely Sunday morning sleep-ins.

Everything is supplied. Towels, linen, crockery, cutlery, electric BBQ. A high chair is available, please ask. Parents of infants to supply their own portable cots. Guests have exclusive use of the property. Restrictions apply to visitors/entertaining of non paying guests, please ask to avoid disappointment. Sorry no pets. No smoking indoors.
